Peppermint Eggnog Holiday Punch

Creamy, delicious Peppermint Eggnog Punch calls for just three ingredients and comes together in minutes to serve a crowd. Pull out the punch bowl (do people still have those?!) for a festive holiday gathering or make individual servings to sip on while decorating your Christmas tree. It’s a favorite of kids and adults alike!

I created this recipe in partnership with Belfonte Dairy in Kansas City.

Ingredients: 

1 quart Belfonte EggNog

½ gallon Belfonte Peppermint Ice Cream, softened

1 liter bottle of club soda, chilled

Instructions for a Crowd:

Stir together the three ingredients in a punch bowl or large bowl. Sprinkle with peppermint candies and serve immediately.

Make-ahead Instructions:

Stir together egg nog and softened ice cream, cover and store in refrigerator. Add club soda and sprinkle with candy just before serving.

Individual Serving Instructions:

Dish two scoops of peppermint ice cream into a tall glass. Top with ½ cup egg nog. Top with soda water, to taste.
